Reigning champion Scott Moran had a perfect start to the 2010 season with two cool wins at Prescott today with Trevor WIllis pushing him hard to within 0.15 of a second in the second run off. Willis wasn’t quite able to get the new engine installed in his OMS in time, but will be a big threat when he does.
Three time champion Martin Groves struggled all weekend with an engine that sounded like a V7, making his two third places all the more impressive. The engine was removed on Sunday night and returned to NME for diagnosis before Barbon in two weeks time.
Eynon Price flew in the first run off to a brilliant 5th, Richard Spedding got into his first run off in the afternoon, while fellow Force PC driver Will Hall had his engine fail in the morning.
The day was very well attended after excellent promotion from the Bugatti Owners Club
